Today has been great overall. Tubes are coming out. The breathing tube was taken out about 2 this afternoon. Sedation is wearing off and she is alert again. We started sipping Sprite and now she is much happier with us. All her stats look good and progress is great. We hope that by Monday we can move to a regular room.
I have to say that our care givers have been out of this world. David, Lindsay, Michelle, Courtnay and all the others have done such a great job careing for Maria and keeping us informed. Thank you all for using your skills to help our daughter.
Pray for Zack he is in surgery now and it does not look good. He really needs a miricle. We will keep you updated.

Thanks for the update and picture. I will sleep better tonight knowing her breathing tube is out. Praise God for the progress.
