Wednesday update

Maria continues to do great. She has a wonderful attitude and has been so sweet. Yesterday she met Miss Mississippi and was actually on the news last night. She is also in a news story that the hospital posted on line.

We now know what infection we are fighting. It is a stong one but the meds we are on are working. The incsion is bigger than we expected but looks great. It looks like we will be here at least a couple of days longer depending on how everything goes.

Pray that the infection is cleared from her body and that the incision heals quickly.
