Happy Easter

Wow it has been busy around here. We have been running from one thing to the next. But today as we slow down to observe the celebration of the resurrection of Christ, we also slow down to enjoy time with family. It is rare these days to have all three boys home at the same time, but today we had Andrew and his girlfriend Kim, along with Aaron, Stephen and the girls all here for lunch.

After lunch the girls were ready for the annual Easter Egg Hunt. This year Kim helped Forrest and Robin with the hiding and the girls did the searching. Here are a few photos of the hunt.




All continues to go well here. Maria had her cardiologist checkup this week and they are pleased with everything. She will have a procedure in early July to close off the fenestration that was left in during her heart surgery, this has been planned all along and is no surprise. We will update you more as that time approaches.

The next few weeks will be busy with Andrew graduating from college and with Aaron preparing to hit the road for his summer job and then moving off to college away from home. We will definitely be seeing a shift in the dynamic around our home this summer.
