Update February 27th

Today was a great day. We hung out and played, went out for a great lunch and then this evening we were able to join many Chinese and other families for a local Chinese New Year Celebration. There was a huge crowd for the dinner and talent show. It was great to see some old friends and the girls really enjoyed it.

This week will be a big week. Maria has her first cardiologist appointment on Wednesday. We should find out more about their treatment plans. We are also very anxious to see what our physician thinks of her condition and prognosis. The same Dr. that treats Shiyan will be Maria's primary cardiologist. We think the world of him and have great confidence in his ability. Please pray that we get a good report and that we can get a good plan for the cath and eventual surgery.

Maria is doing wonderfully, she is such a comedian. She makes the funnest faces and loves to laugh. Between Maria and Shiyan they keep us laughing most of the time.
