Wow today was a great day. We worked on painting beds for Shiyan and Maria. The second bed will go back in the room Sunday after church. Robin managed to get Laura's bed stenciled, we will post pictures soon. It feels like we are making progress preparing for Maria to get home. Last night we had the entire family at dinner which is rare these days. Andrew is home from college and Aaron was actually home. The girls love it when everyone is home.
Today we got to spend a few hours visiting with some good friends that are also adopting from China and just got their match this week. Their new daughter is so precious. At lunch the waitress's at the Chinese place gathered around our 2 girls and their daughter and asked many questions. They looked at pictures of both our daughters that are waiting in China and wanted to understand more about adoption.
People hear that we have 3 sons and 2 daughters from China and can not believe we are adopting again. We have become "That Couple with all the Kids". But God has blessed us richly and we know that Maria will be a wonderful addition.
This week we found a video with Maria in it. She was doing the motions to a song and looked wonderful. So far I have not been able to get it moved over here but will continue to work on it.
