I-797 Received

Major step complete.  Today we received our I-797 from USCIS, this is huge.     When we started we had hoped to DTC by mid October.  I stated that it would take a string of miracles tied together to even get close.  Then when we started things started coming together and we started seeing the miracles come together.

We have previously submitted all of our other signed, motorized, sealed, certified and authenticated documents to our agency for review and that is under way.   Today we managed to quickly get this one notarized and state sealed and it is on the way to DC for the Embassy and Consulate to seal it then on to Denver for addition to our dossier packet.

This is huge and we give God the glory for allowing all of this to come together so quickly.  Right now it looks like documents to China by mid October is possible.  If this holds true then we are on track for March or April travel to China if all goes well.

Time to celebrate this huge milestone and then we go into the waiting game for our Letter of Approval to come through.   We will post updates as things progress.
